  • Classes expire in the same number of weeks, i.e. 5 classes, 5 weeks.

When you practice with me, I will guide you on a transformative inner and outer journey to build strength, develop stamina, listen to your own body—and work up a good sweat! My goal is to support you in making conscious choices in your practice and finding the balance between sthirum (strength) and sukham (ease).

My classes are always informed by a yoga philosophy that applies to life off the mat, too. I always remind students that every time we show up on the mat our practice will be different depending on where we are coming from and where we are going.

In that spirit, I guide you to practice SVADYAYA (self-study), paying attention to how your body, mind, and spirit feel in the present moment. I offer variations and modifications so you can adjust your practice according to your level. Whether you wish to explore the strength and edge of your capabilities or take things slow and restore your energy, the choice is always yours.
